After Registering click on the Log in in the meta section on the home page.  DO NOT post anything you didn’t film.  Including video captures of television broadcasts.  They will not be approved and your account will be deleted.

After you log in, click Write to create a new post.

Enter the Title and put a detailed description of your media in the Post section and enter tags. The more the better. Check Photo or Video accordingly.

Under Custom Fields. Choose videoembed from the drop down and paste the embed information for your media into the value cell. Youtube and Flickr embed codes have been tested and work.

• Youtube embed code is located directly to the right of your video.
• Flickr embed code can be found by enter the slide for your photoset and clicking the share button.  When pasting the embed code for Flickr please change 400 to 800 and 300 to 350.  They both occur twice in the code.  (If you cant figure it out, I’ll fix it before approving the post)

When you’re done click Add Custom Field

Click on the drop down again and choose thumbnail and enter the address for the thumbnail image in the value cell.

• For Youtube videos click on the Edit Video button under Video Owner Options on your videos page.  Under Video Thumbnail right click on the image you want to use and choose copy image location.  Go page to you post and paste the address into the value cell.
• For Flickr choose an photo you want to use as a thumbnail.  Click on All Sizes above photo and choose Small (240 x 159).  Copy the address under 2. Grab the photo’s URL and paste is into the value cell in your post.

I’m sure you can use similar methods for posting from other media hosts.

Click Submit for Review and wait for me to approve the media.
